What we do NOT do:
- Host, create, or distribute game exploit code or modifications

9. THIRD-PARTY 3D MODELS & VEHICLE PREVIEWS (E.G. COLOR VAULT)
Some pages on this site (including tools such as the Color Vault crew-color gallery) may display interactive 3D previews using models obtained from third parties under public or permissive licenses—for example, models published on Sketchfab under Creative Commons terms, or sample assets from the Khronos glTF Sample Models collection (which may include non-vehicle geometry such as a clearcoat-material sphere as well as simple vehicle meshes).
Attribution and licenses.
- Where a licensor requires or encourages credit (such as CC BY, CC BY-SA, or noted CC0 authorship), we provide attribution on or adjacent to the feature (for example, author name, link to the model page, and license name).
- Each model remains subject to its own license; we do not grant you any rights beyond what that license allows. If you reuse or redistribute a model, you must comply with the original license and credit requirements.
- Model files are used here for non-commercial, illustrative preview purposes (e.g. showing how a hex color might read on a reflective surface). This is not a product configurator offered on behalf of any vehicle brand.
Vehicle names, designs, badges, and emblems (trademark notice).
- Even when a 3D model is licensed under Creative Commons or similar terms, real-world vehicle designs, manufacturer names, logos, hood or wheel emblems, grille badges, and related trade dress may still be protected as trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property of automotive manufacturers and other rights holders.
- Those rights are not waived by our use of a community 3D asset, and we do not claim ownership of any manufacturer marks or vehicle designs.
- gtaglitches.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer or trademark owner that may appear incidentally on a third-party model. Any resemblance to a production vehicle is for visual reference only; it does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or official approval.
Removal requests. If you are a rights holder and believe that a specific preview or attribution is objectionable or infringes your rights, contact us at admin@gtaglitches.com. We will review good-faith requests and may adjust or remove content where appropriate, including under our DMCA procedures in Section 6.
This section is for transparency and risk disclosure. It is not legal advice; consult qualified counsel for your own use of third-party 3D assets.
10. AFK ACCOUNTS & COMMUNITY-SUBMITTED LISTINGS
The AFK Accounts page lists PlayStation and Xbox online IDs / gamertags that community members have submitted as potential helper accounts for GTA Online sessions, along with approximate live presence status when available.
Community submissions.
- Listings are community submitted. We do not create, own, operate, or control the listed accounts.
- We do not verify that a submitter owns an account, that an account owner consented to listing, or that an account remains usable.
- gtaglitches.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any listed account owner, submitter, or third-party helper brand.
Public platform status.
- Where we show online/offline or in-game status, we are aggregating publicly observable presence information from platform services (or static notes supplied for a listing). We are not publishing private messages, emails, phone numbers, or other non-public personal data.
- Status can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Presence is informational only and is not a warranty that an account is available, safe to join, or still working.
Use at your own risk.
- Joining sessions, inviting players, or otherwise interacting with listed accounts is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
- Consistent with Sections 4 and 5, players remain responsible for their own conduct under platform and game Terms of Service. We are not liable for account bans, suspensions, lost progress, session outcomes, or disputes between players.
- Listing an ID does not mean we encourage violations of any Terms of Service or EULA.
Removal and moderation.
- If a listing uses your online ID / gamertag and you want it removed, email admin@gtaglitches.com with the exact ID, platform (PlayStation or Xbox), and reasonable proof that you control the account (for example, a screenshot from the platform account settings showing the same ID). We will review good-faith ownership requests and may remove or update the listing.
- We may add, edit, hide, flag as banned, or remove any listing at our discretion—including for safety, accuracy, abuse, inactivity, or legal concerns—without prior notice.
- Copyright / DMCA claims about site content remain governed by Section 6. Online IDs and gamertags are generally handled under this removal process rather than as copyrighted works.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website
- Remove links to third-party platforms at our discretion
- Add, edit, or remove community-submitted listings (including AFK Accounts)

- Respond to legal requests or concerns
