GTA V Liveries – Livery IDs & Info

Liveries became more than a simple LSC choice with the Gunrunning update, which added limited-time event liveries. The After Hours (Nightclubs) update added a new “set” of livery textures—the community calls the Gunrunning set Set 1 and the After Hours set Set 2. When After Hours released, every vehicle that had Set 1 liveries also received the same designs under different livery IDs as Set 2.

In the Vehicle Colour Codes section below you can see which vehicle uses which set. That matters for merging or matching IDs in a save editor: for example, if you merge an Ardent with the Galaxy livery (ID 26) onto a Menacer, the Menacer gets the Blue Tartan livery (ID 26 in Set 2). Same ID, different texture set.

Vehicles released after After Hours still cap at 30 liveries in LSC. Livery IDs 31–40 are not available on any car by default and are considered rare (obtainable via modding/save editing or certain limited events).

Same ID in Set 1 and Set 2 refers to the same design; the texture set is what changes per vehicle.

No vehicle has all 40 liveries unlocked legitimately. IDs 31–40 use the same names as Set 2 IDs 21–30 (Pink & Green Camo through Dolla Dolla) and are typically obtained via Singleplayer2Multiplayer glitches or save editing.

Hidden liveries (Vagrant as donor)

Use the Vagrant as donor: put the livery listed in the table on the Vagrant, then merge onto the receiving vehicle to get the hidden livery. The exact mapping (which Vagrant livery → which car → which look) is in the photo gallery and will be in the Livery Shenanigans spreadsheet when TimexJones updates it.

Police Bike extras (donor for merging)

The Police Bike has 5 extras in order (Extra #1–#5): rear antenna with lower blue beacon, rear antenna with higher blue beacon, rear red/blue beacons, front circular blue/red strobe, front square blue/red strobe. In the mechanic menu under Emergency Lighting there are 9 options; each option turns on a specific combination of those extras. That makes the Police Bike a useful donor for getting unusual extra combos (e.g. Custom Emergency Lighting #6 on the Police Bike merged onto the Trophy Truck activates only Extras #2 and #5). To turn on all Police Bike extras at once, use a donor like the Panto (5 extras in order: bodywork/fenders, roof, tailgate, rear bumper, front bumper). The Flip Trick (semi-patched but still works) can be used on the Panto for specific combos.

These vehicles have one or more special liveries that were limited-time content or never released normally. (*) = exclusive to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Enhanced). (**) = released on Enhanced but obtainable on PS4, Xbox One, and PC (Legacy) via exploits. Add 1 to livery ID when using the LSC menu as reference.
